Official Hotels

• All room rates are calculated per room / per night. The rates include breakfast, tax and service charges.
• No payment to the ISSF or the Organizing Committee or the Hotel – Payment must be made directly to the designated Travel Agency!
• Preliminary Hotel Reservation has to be effected by 1 APR 2018. Final Hotel Reservation has to be effected by 1 JUL 2018.

Official Hotel Reservation Guide

• Hotel reservations must be made through the Travel Agency on a first come-first served basis. The reservation can be only considered, once the Final Hotel Reservation Form (Annex 5) and a deposit of 80% have been received by the Travel Agency by not later than 1 JUL 2018. Then the Travel Agency will confirm the hotel and its address. The Travel Agency may not guarantee the accommodation in official hotels unless the deposit is made by the above-mentioned deadline. You will also find the bank details on the Final Hotel Reservation Form (Annex 5).
• The balance of 20% must be paid to the Travel Agency by bank transfer not later than 1 AUG 2018.
• Please make sure that the official hotels may be booked through the Travel Agency only. Hotels will not take any direct booking from federations or individuals.
• The deadline for any change or cancellation of a hotel reservation is 24:00 in Korean local time on 1 AUG 2018. In case of cancellation or no-show after this date, the penalty fee will be equal to 100% of the total cost for any cancelled reservation or room that was not occupied.
• The other option such as tourist hotels (3 star) may be arranged additionally in case the official hotels are all booked. Single EUR 78.00 – 91.00 / Twin EUR 98.00 – 120.00 (including breakfast)
• All extra charges such as telecommunication, mini bar, extra meals and laundry etc. that occur at the official hotels must be paid directly to the hotel at check-out.

Food Service at the Shooting Range

• Food, drink and refreshments will be available at the shooting range at reasonable costs.
